Three factors affecting to evenness of yarn.
Raw material properties – immaturity fibers are not suitable to make yarns. Because yarn strength may be reduced. And also yarn twisting, fiber may be break .And also cotton impurities also must be removed. Because impurities of cotton complicated spinning operation.
Mechanically defective machinery – If machine is broken couldn’t be correct parallelizing each fiber. For instance we can take carding process, if carding machine were damaged then unable to remove impurities, and parallel fibers. So, we can’t get high quality output.
External reasons –Can be identified as external factors working problems, less cleanness and textile mill maintain such as incorrect humidity, temperature, lighting etc. To eliminate these problems we can train the employee, keep work place cleanly and launch proper air conditioning to manage humidity, temperature etc.
