I think following instructions will helpful to understand the procedure of flow employee training of knitting factory.
- How to identify the color number and party no. in yarn corn and according to the production card.
- There will be different yarn allocation according to the orders.
- How to check the tension on fabric.
- How to check the color way on fabric according to the card.
- How to identify the different parts of cap.( Lining , folding Line , Welt , Cuff , What is gather part , loose yarn part , what is rib part .)
- Advised when they apply the rubber yarn have to mach with particular color yarn.
- Advised when they apply the yarn to the machine, no. of ply’s will get different according to the articles, structures and gauge.
- Advised each piece have to check by the machine operator.
- As they see a damage have to informed to the mechanic immediately.
- Confirmed piece always should be on the top of the machine.
Special instructions for knitting operators
01. If the
operator start the machines without checking the above point, production piece
will get more & it will go for rewinding as damages.
It will course
for less yarn for relevant order for other sizes. If they don’t have the proper
yarn party they will use different party available in production. it will go
like a chain to use different parties in order. That will effect very badly if
we have accessory part or adjoin part in same article.
02. If the
operator don’t check the machine properly production will pass to end control
with damages, wrong sizes, wrong colors & less pieces.
03. (i) If
more damages have to repair unnecessary at end control it will course more
money, more operation & poor quality.
(ii) Some times have to reknitt to fill
order. At that time machine have to rearrange & if yarn not available have
re-dye the yarn. It will take more time & waist of the machine capacity. If
capacity not enough in Eskimo we have to go for sub contractor for one work
money will waist twice.
04. If we
check further more it will get delay the order, company has to recruit more
works & unnecessary money waist due to operator’s mistakes.
These things
can happen due to careless to less knowledge & bad attitude we have to
monitor & try to educate & get the work with in efficient way to get
successes to avoid more rewinding & more
productivity.
