Instructions for IPM CCHRM Project

How to offer grades for IPM CCHRM course
IPM CCHRM has two final assessment methods. First one is written test and you can obtain maximum 80 marks and you must take minimum 32 marks to obtain pass. Second one is project report and here you can obtain maximum 20 marks but you must take 8 marks or higher to obtain minimum pass. Final assessment can be calculated by.
Final assessment = Marks for written test + Marks for Project report
Think if you obtained minimum marks hence, it can be calculated as,
= 32 (written test) + 08 ( Project report)
= 40 ( so you can get simple pass)
If your marks were obtained as below procedure so, you can get following grades.
If your Marks >= 80 then you can obtain Distinction Pass (D)
If your Marks 79 - 60 then you can obtain Merit Pass (M)
If your Marks 59 - 40 you can only obtain simple pass
If your overall marks <40 then you are considered as repeat (Fail) student.
How to start project
First you must create and type cover page according to the provided guidelines of cchrm self study pack. Next you must tabulate information, contains and page numbers,etc. next you have to write an essay under the following topics.
* Acknowledgement
Under this topic do not forget to thanks IPM institute, and you selected company and helped any other members etc.
* Executive Summery
Under this topic you can write brief description about you wish to research. For example "TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE OF A.B.C COMPANY" . And write well analysed description with your own words.
* Background of Organization
You can write comprehensive essay about you selected organization or company. And include history, product and service, etc.
* Objective of the organization
Under this topic you can write Vision and Mission of the organization.
In additionally you can start writing,
* Products of company
* Market segmentation of company
* Organizational structure
* Objective of study
* Review literature
* Methodology
* Analysis
* Apendix
