Human Resource Management I selected the specific topic as my own and here I
hope to thanks first of institute of personal Management Inc. My selected topic
is employee health and safety related topic and here I cannot publish the
company name due to few reasons and I wish to rename it as ABC organization and
topic is scheduled as safety and security management of ABC of ABC company
.This organization located in Minuwangoda. And it is BOI approved industrial
garment produces intimate apparels and to export and service provided to
European markets and specially produce lingerie .In this project documentation
I hoped provide correct details with the best of my knowledge.
Executive Summary
At the present we know every organization
have risk when employee working. It means may be occur physical hazards,
chemical hazard biological hazards and ergonomic hazard .not only the some are
not directly affected but in the long time many be affected such as higher
decibel range of machine noise will danger to hearing devices within long time
period these are known as industrial hygienic hazard as well as other companies
ABC organization also started proper strategic plan to keep good employee
health and safely among their work place .In this topic I hope to explain them
using suitable examples .
Background of the organization
ABC organization started as BOI approved
project in year 1993 it is located in Minuwangoda Sri Lanka there are about 800
employee works here. The processes we can see row material (woven fabric) are
imported and refer to fabric inspection, desizing ,washing colouring, cutting,
sewing, ironing and pressing, finishing quality controlling, shipping etc .This
organization has well trained employees at all operations.
Objective of the organization
The main objective of ABC is exporting higher
quality intimate apparels to European market such as petticoats corsets brassieres
briefs boxes vest bikini and hosiery products etc.

ladies men intimate manufacture in the world

Product of ABC Company
Previously I told this company produces
intimate apparels sometimes called foundation garments. Here I can give little
product description that they produced.
