Organizational structure
We know every company has own
organizational hierarchy .as well as other companies ABC company has structured
division of labor. It can be basically done as,

These are basic structured element and
thorough these elements we can see sub sections. And also each structure has
different functions and these departments have combined to each other as
several chains.

Review
of literature
ABC organization has good health and
safely planning and industrial hygiene planning. These processes are not done
individually and it means this work done by combining human resource department
and safely and maintain department .At the past time their wear increased
physical chemical hazards with cutting sewing pressing dyeing process hence
insurance and other additional and other cost were increased and it was to big
loss to the organization There for factory management had decided to start
proper employee health and safely plan .Today we can see the development of
employee health and safely plane and also industrial hygienic solutions.
Methodology
In the methodology I hope to write first
details taken procedure first I have details as primary data by visiting each
section of ABC organization and as a second method I collected secondary data
by company website now I hope to explain whole methodology and it can be divided
into main three topics.

Hazards elimination
Hazards elimination sometimes called
inherent safety .under the this process company has focused to,

Hazard isolation
During these process focused all working
employee and give instructions and advices how to eliminate industrial hazards.
This work done by aiding division of labour hierarchy and also through this process motivate workers to
avoid physical chemical biological and ergonomic hazards When I separating
those details I found following examples for each hazard.
Chemical hazards
– In the dyeing process of grey fabric supervisors give advices to employee how
to mix chemical without problems and how to avoid chemical hazards
Physical hazards
in the cutting sewing section I saw supervisors give advisors to new operators
how to cut and sew to garment or fabric without injuring
Biological Hazards-
Some situation may be affect biological disease such as influvanza virus .This
effect will increase absenteeism To a wide occasionally particular employee is
turned to company nurse for medically treatment and if it is serious then
company will issues medical leaves for that employee. Not only has that company
paid for medicines through selected privet hospital by considering worker category.
If some worker has up to category 4 apart medicine he/she will be benefited for
insurance.
Ergonomic Hazards-
Sometimes some new employee do not math to particular job role hence may be
occur mental problems. To avoid these ergonomic hazards HR division has started
new plan.
Apart this company sometimes start fire
alarm and allow to employee come out for test and train how they should work
under real situation .And company launch eye checking and other physical test
twice at year to keep good health and safely of employees .
Safety device
Safety devices are used to prevent from
physical chemical biological hazards and industrial hygienic diseases protective
device are called personal protective equipments.

Warning and instruction
When I walking each place of ABC Company
I have different instructions and warnings .This presentations banners are designed
with colour, designs, photo and icon, words etc. So proper placing relevant
notices particular places even new employee also can easily identify hotspots
of each section.
Warning
Higher voltage Warning
– Some places of textile plant we can see higher voltage demand for some
machines hence voltage divided transformers can be seen. But these are very harmful
because some division as upto750v or up to. Therefore may be occurred when
employee touching that places. To avoid this problem some places can be seen
warnings.
Hearing devices warning (Machine)
– Some places have higher notice due to the activities of some machines.
Therefore to reduce may be damage to hearing devices. To avoid this problem
warning banners are used.
Cutting and bleedings warning –
In the cutting and sewing process we know ability to occur cutting, and injuring
figures or hands therefore need to wear metal gloves hence, warning massages
are displayed.
Instructions
Instructions For quality –
Some workers are not keeping workplace to proper arrangement therefore some
instructions and working procedure is displayed.
Instructions to remove dust-
We all know when we working with machines some dust extract here and there but
when they depositing one to one may be occur some biological hazard therefore cleaning
instructions are also included.
Instructions for maintaining-
In some machine maintain process may be occurred physical hazards such abrasion
and bleeding. To avoid this problem used instruction procedure in the
workplace.
Instructions for cleaning work place
– these instructions are also prepared as guideline to cleaning workers.
Instructions working
– Some new or training operators don’t know particular procedure to work.
Therefore instruction notices and banners are displayed in the section.
When I distributing and analyzing I
understood proper balance of this three methods are very important for employee
health and safely
Analysis
To analyse above methodology functions
and performance I used previous documents in HR department and some details I
recorded during factory visiting of each section first table shows you my flow
collected data of ABC Company.

When I searching a details about health
and safety of employee I found following statement from human resource department.
When distributing each year hazard count
we can get clear observation and it is biological hazards and diseases were
increases in year 2016. HR manager said me the main reasons were virus effects.
And he said me to reduce physical and chemical hazards their hazard elimination
were benefited. But when we studying such information we can predicate
biological hazards has been increased. Human resources manager told me they have
started a new plan to reduce biological hazard but he said it cannot be
explained to this project.
Findings
During my visit to ABC Company I
discussed certain matters and topics with in plant employees. The most employees
said me this company employee health and safely procedure is good and
percentage about 60% of my total analysed workers. About 20% employee said me
this employee health safety management procedure was time consuming one and
some personal protective equipment were useless give low productivity and
uncomfortable to use with working time period about 15% employees said me they
were oldest employees said me they were oldest employee and it is not important
and said they can avoid hazard though their experience about 5% employees some
are new employees said me they did not know how to use personal protective
equipment safely instruction.

ABC company
is BOI project in Sri Lanka it always think about as well as profit and
employees situation Because labour turnover big problem to continue profit of origination
In the previous time there were rapidly changed absenteeism labour turn over
were seen on organization .But today we can see stabilized labour turn over and
it means there are less absenteeism and low labour turnover .Because employee
self motivate to work in the ABC company not only that new people willing to
join with this company . According to the proper employee health and safety
programme company image has been increased. As well as ABC company has launch
annual sport competition, and it is also real measurement of employees fitness
and health and safely. And for winners are awarded by giving prizes. Not only
that these opportunities are helps to increase additional skills and
motivation. Therefore employee satisfaction will be increased.
